When I was younger I didn’t have the confidence to become the best person I could be. This lack of confidence prevented me from being in sports, prevented me from making friends, made me perform badly in school. These things, in turn, made my confidence even lower than it already was. Then, when I was around 15, I have introduced to the weight room and since then my whole life changed. For the first time, I felt like I was really good at something. I quickly became the strongest in my friend group and before I knew it, I was one of the strongest in my highschool. My confidence was at the highest its been since I could remember, and it was showing throughout my life! I realized how smart I was and stopped doubting myself, I opened up to people and they would stick around because they saw me as funny, genuine, and caring, and I started making choices for me which means that I'm always putting my best foot forward to become the best me that I can be.

My passion started at 15 and has been going on since. I am currently 24 years old, and I DO NOT plan on removing health and wellness from my life ever. After high school, I was pushed to go to college but I had no clue what I wanted to do, I was 18 and my family told me I should pick a job that will have available positions and make that will make me a decent living. I went to the UW Manitowoc and decided to become a Biology major since I was naturally good at it and I would be exempt from taking a foreign language class (not my forte). Eventually, I transferred to Marquette University, but as I did I started to lose my enjoyment of the general sciences and longed to learn more about Human anatomy, physiology, exercise, and nutrition. I was at a loss with what to do, and then my friend told me to look into the NASM personal training certification, he was doing it and he had no regrets. A couple of days later purchased the program and couldn't put the book down. Less than two weeks later I read the entire textbook, and less than four months later, in May, I was certified as a personal trainer.

I genuinely want to help people get to their goals and find the same confidence I found from nutrition and exercise and I refuse to work for a gym that doesn’t align themselves with the same goals. People willing to put the time and work to achieve change deserve the best, and I want to be part of the best gym to help people get to those achievements. This is why I chose to team up with Ryan and the amazing clients at WPF.
