Ryan is a GREAT trainer. He is knowledgeable and flexible. He is very accommodating and genuinely cares about achieving my fitness goals. I've been training with him for over a year and have lost 60lbs, become stronger, and have so much energy. I've been working with Ryan at Wisconsin Personal Fitness for a few months now. I am in my mid-thirties and have been working out on my own for the past few years.
